October 2008, by Dr. MEHOBA D. Theodore, Doctor in Economics and Management
Science, the university was granted accreditation by the minister of higher
education (Federal Republic of Benin) and officially inaugurated on October
2012 under the authorization number:
n040/MESRS/CAB/BC/SGM/DPP/DGES/DEPES/SP.
